Numbers 14:11, “And the Lord said to Moses, How long will this people provoke (spurn, despise) Me? And how long will it be before they believe Me (trusting in, relying on, clinging to Me), for all the signs which I have performed among them?” In verse 12, God said he would smite them. Then, Moses asks God to pardon them. In verse 20, the Lord said, “I have pardoned according to your word.” Isn’t that awesome? God told Moses he would pardon the people because of Moses’ word. Wouldn’t you like to have your word so powerful with God that he would spare America because of you? Isn’t that heavy?

We don’t get the fact that our role, as praying people, is that we’re on the earth to see revival, redemption, restoration, and renewal come to people all over the world. That’s why God saved us. But, we’re squandering and wasting our lives by self-centered, selfish pity parties and agendas. Instead, we should be in prayer rooms and prayer closets. We should be before the throne of God saying, “God, save America. God, save a generation of young people. Save them. Turn them. Change America. Change North Korea. Change Iran.”

One of the things needed for healing is that God has to return compassion. People don’t feel anymore. They become robotic. You can go through life as a robot. May God open the wells of our soul again, that we’ll feel. The reason we don’t feel is because we’ve shut our souls up, because they’re so wounded. But, God is going to heal some people and open up deep recesses of those wounds. He’s going to cause a flood of His mercy, grace and glory to wash into your soul. You’re going to begin to see an exchange happen, and the glory of God is going to come in and replace the wounded areas with a healing balm that will cause you to get renewed in the spirit.
